This Turquoise gemstone ring is designed around a beautiful blue Hubei Turquoise gemstone. I designed this handmade turquoise ring for those who would prefer an uncomplicated, petite ring. This modern turquoise ring design is simply pretty. And for those who prefer the non-traditional (like me), this beautiful turquoise ring would make such a sweet non-traditional engagement ring.

This handcrafted ring was fabricated from sterling silver, and fine silver surrounds this amazing blue Hubei Turquoise gemstone. The 12ga ring band and the fine silver that surrounds the stone were given a hammered texture. The entire ring was given a matte satin finish.

Hubei Turquoise is found in the Hubei region of China. Today, most of the turquoise produced in China comes from the Ma'anshan and Hubei mines. The Hubei province includes the Yungai (also known as Cloud Mountain) and the Zhuxi mines. Turquoise from the Hubei region sometimes obtains the brilliant blues long favored by turquoise enthusiasts.
