Are you currently accepting custom orders? / How do I get on your custom list?
I am currently accepting custom orders. As much as I love making unique, one of a kind pieces for my clients, I simply cannot accommodate everyone's custom request all at one time. To get on a my custom list, please contact me or go to my Custom Order page for more information.
Where can I buy your jewelry?
At this time, my jewelry is only available through my website, or occasionally I will sell directly from my instagram account. My brick-and-mortar is my home studio and I do not currently have any stockists. I will be doing some local art fairs this coming year of 2019 - I will post my schedule as it becomes available.
Do you have any jewelry currently available?
Everything I have available is listed on my website. I'm always hard at work designing new pieces. The most current and up-to-date way to keep up with any newly listed jewelry designs is to follow me on Instagram @daniellehrossjewelry or my Facebook Page.
I tried to buy one of your jewelry designs and it sold out as I was checking out!
In order to check out faster, I would recommend creating an account on my website. By doing this, your information is stored and you will be able to check out much quicker. But in the case where you are unable to purchase the jewelry design before someone else, I can do a custom order to design something similar.
I noticed you have a Made-to-Order page - what exactly is that?
I have created my Made-to-Order page for pieces that I am able to reproduce … as these items are ordered, I can make these items with a much shorter production time - less than 10 days.
Is the jewelry design you posted on Instagram available for purchase?
Do you offer layaway?
I do offer layaway for up to three months. Your jewelry will be shipped upon payment of the jewelry item in full. For more information, visit my Layaway page or contact me directly.
Each of my handcrafted jewelry designs is made from either sterling silver, argentium silver, fine silver, and or copper. Each jewelry design is meant to last a lifetime, but care should be taken to prevent damage and tarnish of your jewelry.
To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, avoid wearing during activities that could damage the stone or metal. Pieces should be stored in individual, airtight bags to prevent oxidation. I provide “anti- tarnish” bags with each purchase. Store your jewelry piece in one of those bags when your jewelry is not being worn.

All purchases will be packaged in one of my signature gift boxes.
US shipment destinations will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.
Purchases will be shipped within 1-3 business days AFTER payment clears.
Shipping rates are based on the USPS Priority Mail box size needed to ship your jewelry purchase and the shipping destination. Additionally, your package will be insured for the purchase price of your jewelry, but the insurance portion will be paid by me.
International destinations will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International with tracking and insurance.
For international orders, please remember that you, the customer, will be responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes or fees.
My gemstone jewelry designs are created using only genuine semi-precious gemstones. I take great pride in my work and personally guarantee the craftsmanship of every item. If, within the first 15 days of your purchase you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry, I will gladly issue a full refund (excluding shipping cost) upon my receipt of your returned item(s). Please email or call to let me know that the merchandise is on its way.
Item must be returned in its original condition. I reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in resale condition. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Once I receive your package, I will promptly exchange or refund the purchase price to you.
