 Are you currently accepting custom orders? / How do I get on your custom list?

I am currently accepting custom orders. My custom orders typically open up a couple times a year. and a $100 deposit is required to be paid up front for each custom. When we agree on a design and a time frame, I will create a listing so that you can make your down payment through my website. To speak to me about a custom design and/or find out when I will be accepting customs again, please feel free to contact me.

If your custom jewelry design just so happens to be for a custom ring, please order a RING SIZER to accurately measure your ring size. Ring size accuracy is probably the most important information to be obtained for a custom ring. Once you have measured your ring size, you can then pass that information on to me and I can begin your custom ring design.

Where can I purchase your jewelry?

At this time, my jewelry is available through my website, and occasionally I will sell directly from my instagram account. My brick-and-mortar is my home studio. I enjoy doing local trunk shows, but at this time none are scheduled.

Do you have any jewelry currently available? 

Everything I have available is listed on my website. I'm always hard at work designing new pieces. The most current and up-to-date way to keep up with any newly listed jewelry designs is to follow me on Instagram @danielle.harrison.jewelry or my Facebook Page

I tried to buy one of your jewelry designs and it sold out as I was checking out! 

In order to check out faster, I would recommend creating an account on my website. By doing this, your information is stored and you will be able to check out much quicker. But in the case that you are unable to purchase the jewelry design before someone else, a custom order for a similar design can be requested.

I noticed you have a Made-to-Order page - what exactly is that? 

I have created my Made-to-Order page for pieces that I am able to reproduce … as these items are ordered, I can make these items with a much shorter production time - less than 10 days.

Is the jewelry design you posted on Instagram available for purchase? 

Unless the post says NFS or custom order, all jewelry posted on my @danielle.harrison.jewelry instagram is available for purchase.

Do you offer layaway?

I do offer layaway for up to three months (maybe a little longer in special cases). Your jewelry will be shipped upon payment of the jewelry item in full. I also offer Afterpay, which is an easy way to make four (4) interest-free installments. Look for the Afterpay option at checkout.


Shipping

  • All purchases will be packaged in one of my signature gift boxes/bags.

  • Purchases will be shipped within 1-3 business days AFTER payment clears.

  • US shipment destinations will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which does include $100 of insurance coverage built into the shipping rate, which may or may not cover the cost of the full cost of your purchase. Any item purchased costing over the $100 built in coverage, should choose the USPS Priority Mail + Insurance to be sure your item is covered for its full purchase price.

  • Shipping rates are based on the USPS Priority Mail box size needed to ship your jewelry purchase and the shipping destination. Additionally, please be sure to choose your shipping option wisely, as I offer options with or without additional insurance. If you choose to ship without insurance, I am NOT responsible if your item(s) is lost or stolen.

  • International destinations will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, which does include $200 of insurance coverage built into the shipping rate, which may or may not cover the cost of your purchase.

  • For international orders, please remember that you, the customer, will be responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes or fees.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of handcrafted and made-to-order jewelry, returns are NOT accepted - all sales are final. For instances of needing a different ring size, etc, please email or call me.

  • Danielle Harrison Jewelry does not accept returns nor provide refunds on any custom-ordered pieces. Please be sure of your commitment to purchase your custom piece before any plans are made to follow through with your custom design.

  • My gemstone jewelry designs are created using only genuine semi-precious gemstones. I take great pride in my work and personally guarantee the craftsmanship of each item and with proper care, your jewelry should last a lifetime.
