This beautiful handcrafted dioptase druzy sterling silver pendant truly stands out with its vibrant green sparkle of dioptase and the hint of clear calcite druzy crystals at the top left corner. The green of this dioptase crystal reminds me of the wintergreen snowballs from when I was a kid - bright beautiful GREEN (which made my tongue green as well). LOL!

For this handcrafted pendant, I surrounded the dioptase crystal in sterling silver that has been hammered for texture. The pendant is an open design, open in both front and back, being held in place with sterling silver prongs and given a matte satin finish. The dioptase druzy crystal will have contact with the wearer’s skin, which makes this piece even more amazing for the wearer.

The dioptase pendant is hung from a sterling silver long box chain. I did add a handcrafted extension chain and clasp that I designed from 18ga sterling silver wire. Each link and clasp were given a hammered texture and matte satin finish, as well.
