Munjini Jasper, one of the many jaspers mined in Australia, is the focal point of this stunning sterling silver pendant design. The beautiful pendant is set in fine silver that has been fused with recycled sterling silver dust. Additionally the stone is surrounded by sterling silver beading, which I love when paired with these softer colored, more feminine stones.

The entire pendant, chain and clasp were given a patina bath and light polish to bring out the texture highlights for that rusticated finish I love.

This handcrafted Munjini Jasper pendant is hung from a substantial long/short sterling silver chain and a handcrafted clasp. This pendant looks amazing worn close to the neck, allowing it to lay right at the décolleté area.

Jasper is a variety of Chalcedony, which is a microcrystalline variety of Quartz. There are so many Jaspers available and I was unable to find anything specific to Munjini Jasper. I am sharing Jasper general information which are properties that are true for all Jaspers.
