handmade turtle jasper, garnet necklace

This stunning turtle jasper pendant is accented by deep red garnet gemstones. A sterling silver chain and a square, sterling silver clasp are the additional components of this necklace. This handcrafted jasper necklace displays a lovely pairing of deep red, mauve and cream.

From what I have gathered, turtle jasper is a name variation of leopardskin jasper, as they contain the same matrix colors. Being a geologist, I had never heard the name turtle jasper until I bought the one used in this jasper necklace. Leopardskin jasper crystals are great for protection, as you fullfill your life's purpose; keeps you safe while you achieve your life's goals; helps to keep you grounded daily in your life; and is especially used for grounding, keeping you focused, and also promotes stabilization and concentration.
