In designing this sterling silver pendant, I manipulated the sterling silver by a process called reticulation. After setting the fossilized dinosaur bone, I oxidized the entire pendant, leaving only highlights of shiny silver. I designed this handcrafted, sterling silver cuff bracelet with an idea of a wave pattern reminescent of Egyptian hieroglyphs. After forming this 8 gauge sterling silver wire, hammering the wire into a flat shape, and finishing the bracelet with a satin finish, I was very happy with the results of this handmade sterling silver cuff bracelet design.
